Do you know what the 'O' stands for in GMO (aka genetically modified) foods? It stands for organism, which should suffice in creeping you out to the point that you never ever purchase a GMO produce item.

- Produce stickers that begin with the number 8 are how you identify genetically modified produce. What to do when you encounter such an item? Drop it quick! And, run like hell. Over to the organic produce section. No need to thank me.
